Lu, that's my name. This project is the materialized expression of a philosophy of life and of a personal understanding of the meaning of being and existing.

It is an ode to free expression in the face of the humble feeling of inhabiting this vital time as part of nature.

Craftsmanship is local in nature. Indifferent to borders and systems of government, it defends us from the unification of technology and its geometric deserts.

Artisans are not the image of perfection; their very imperfection shows us how we might humanize our society: their imperfection is that of people, not of systems.

Craftsmanship is the heartbeat of human time, it teaches us how to die and thus teaches us how to live.

Fragments from the essay “Use and Contemplation” by Octavio Paz.
